I rarely see people open carrying in Philly. Last time was almost a year ago at Home Depot.
Last night I was talking to some friends outside their home and a guy was delivering pizza a few doors down. I saw he was OC; made me smile. I wanted to say something but he seemed to be in a hurry. Kudos to him for arming himself and to his employer for allowing it.
He also drove a bad-ass Charger that looked really sweet.

It seems to be the norm that you hardly ever see another OCer. I guess York is different cause I've seen
7 OCers in the last year and a half.

Unfortunately that is very true. The worst part is I know there are quite a few around me I just never see them.

Was he a fat guy with a revolver?

He was probably the owner of the pizza place.

It was a while ago but nah, he had a semiauto and wasn't fat. It was the HD on Oregon in South Philly

I'm always CC in there but it's nice to know they don't break balls about OC. Then again it's South Philly. I don't think anyone would give it a second look.

I live in Quakertown. I've yet to see a single OCer "out in the wild."

It's great to hear of people OCing, especially in Philly and pizza delivery people. They seem to be a prime target for getting robed. I'm glad he (and apparently his boss) is on board with carrying firearms.
