A sad day for this Nation.
#1
Better bury your AK's, handguns, rifles and all you have because you will see them disappear within 3 years.

We are doomed.

This is a sad day for this nation.....a nation which I thought was the biggest nation in the world has gone under and I weep. It leaves me with no other choice then to do what the president did for the past 4 years. I have started my business here 7 years ago and have been very successful, but since the president declared that he would take from me what is not his, I am forced to take from others what is not theirs.

This is a sad day in the history of the United States.

I know a lot of you think the sky is falling because of this, and I'll not stand in the way of your calls for the sky is falling..., I'm just going to say that I'll wait for the sky to actually fall before getting worked up about it. Smile

No Justin........the sky is not falling. I have been through a situation like this before and let me assure you that this is not the end of the world. I know for a fact that Obama will do better then he did in the past 4 years...............he has to. But I also know that I have to become a lot harder in the business world.
I have been pretty lenient in the past but now the tables are turned.......I will do whatever it takes to get where I want to go. If this means that I have to fire my employees then so be it.

All I can think to say right now is that I appear to have given the American people credit for more brains than they deserve.

This doesn't mean anything at all. Romney wasn't going to change anything anyway. If the economy continues to tank you'll have to do what you have to do if it gets better it would have gotten better regardless of who was in office. If it gets worse no difference. It feels terrible but that's why one needs to be intellectually honest instead of emotionally moved. This outcome was pretty much exactly predicted from day one.

Everyone here knows that Romney was only going to be a band aid fix at best anyway. Obama will have an obstructionist House and the fact that he lost the popular vote (seemingly) to deal with. He is going to be able to accomplish very little in his 2nd term, if history is any predictor.

How did the congressional races play out? Whats the new breakdown in the house and senate?

We got through four years of him. I suspect we'll survive another four. The main reason to vote for Romney was because of Court appointments. Coupled with the fact that we'll have a Democratic Senate because the GOP nominated some real losers in Indiana, Missouri, and Pennsylvania, this will be the main issue.

The real bad news was the Pa. attorney general election. That will, unfortunately, have more immediate potential impact on us than the presidential race.

With all respect, you probably should have been following that policy from the start.

No one's going to give you anything in this life. And time waits for no man.

Whichever dickhead is in the Oval Office, someone needs to STOP THE SPENDING.

$.40 on every single dollar the US Fed Gov't spends is borrowed money.
