Address change and NFA
#1
We just went through this damn 911 redistricting (when they make everyone's address a real street address) and they changed our addy from an RR to a street name.

I happened to pull out my tax stamp for the Krinkov today and noticed it has the old address ... does this need to be updated with ATF?

Only time I am aware of NFA branch needing a notice of address change is if you move.

As I recall if you move within PA then you can transport the weapon to the new address.

If you move out of state, then the NFA item cannot be moved to your new address until NFA branch sends back the address correction. Until then the NFA item(s) must be stored at a dealer of NFA items until the move is approved.

In your case it should not be a problem, but I would inform NFA branch of the new address. They are sooooo well organized there...NOT.

imnal and I refuse to stay in any Holiday Inn owned locations Ninja
