Here it is:
See: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/...&type=B&bn=665 Quote:Regular Session 2013-2014 Removes the "handguns only" definition of a firearm. Makes firearms gifts between spouses etc. illegal without background check. Do I have to say we need to oppose this

![]() Quote:Regular Session 2013-2014 This bill was originally to restrict magazine capacity to 15 rds. But that is NOT included in the offering. PDF attached is current text. See: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/bill...=B&BN=1445 ![]()

Here's HB 1430
It makes the PSP "sales database" illegal. An bill we should support. Here's HB 1479 A Restriction on Magazine Capacity and a bill we should oppose.

No text on this one yet but it's the old 'lost or stolen' nonsense again. Will have to keep our eyes on it.

Pennsylvania: Anti-Gun Campaign Targets State Representatives Around the State
NRA ACTION ALERT Recently, some state legislators across Pennsylvania have been the target of an anti-gun campaign to strong arm them into cosponsoring House Bill 1010. If passed and enacted into law, House Bill 1010 would expand the required background check for the private sale of handguns by friends and relatives to ALL firearms, including rifles and shotguns. Gun control activists are trying to expand this system to all firearm transfers under the banner of “universal” background checks. However, no background check system will ever be truly “universal” because criminals will not submit themselves to the system. The NRA opposes, and will continue to oppose, expanding the system in this misguided attempt which would do nothing to address crime and would only impact law-abiding, responsible target shooters and sportsmen. House Bill 1010 does nothing to curb violence and instead is an unnecessary attack on law-abiding gun owners and hunters. Please contact your state Representative and urge him or her to protect your constitutional rights by refusing to be pressured by extremists advocating for this misguided anti-gun bill. http://www.nraila.org/legislation/state-...ation.aspx
