America getting ready to cut and run

If they didn't have a plan, and got overrun, it would be "Benghazi! Benghazi! BENGHAZI!!!" from you guys.

Make up your minds.

No. It wouldn't. Military occupation of a country isn't the same as having some armed guards at a consulate.

What would be "Benghazi all over again" would be that the threat was telegraphed well in advance and the Administration sat, as per usual, with their thumbs up their cunts while the embassy burned, and instead of targeting ISIS, Resident O orders George Lucas to be arrested.

Which I genuinely hope is not the upcoming case.

Oh, and this Al-Baghdadi was held in US custody and ordered released in 2009 because the Resident said so.

Couple things, you know damn well that this place is most certainly a major NSA listening post. I wouldn't be surprised if this thing had a MASSIVE data center of it's own capturing middle east communications to rack up a 700 million dollar construction cost. It sure will be interesting to see what happens if they manage to capture it and see what kind of gear they brag about getting and what kind of data they were collecting. It seems like every time one of our embassies falls they never manage to destroy everything on their way out. Now I read today that we are sending troops back to Iraq...right after we got done cutting apart all the $500,000 dollar unit cost MRAPs . I'm sure they're already placing orders for new ones.

Notice too how often the rules of engagement change in our warzones. Today you can shoot back, the next day you can't. You can't touch the mosque with the massive weapons stockpile...The next day it's search and destroy. I personally think that this whole thing is a carefully calculated plan to keep us in a perpetual state of war and let the fat tick defense contractors continue to engorge themselves on tax money in exchange for overpriced equipment that sucks when it finally makes it to the battlefield and then needs extremely expensive upgrades in order to work correctly. Look at all the problems with the F-22, JSF, Stryker, MRAP, the list goes on and on! It's all a scam to defraud the American people until they've taken every last penny we have at which point they can just jump ship and start building gear for the next highest bidder. We CANNOT win these guerrilla wars, there is no peace treaty. There was no reason to ever go to Iraq or Afghanistan in the first place. If we really ever actually cared about Bin Laden we would have done what the Israeli Mossad does and send a small crew in under the cover of darkness and murder all the backward ass terrorist bastards in their sleep before they even know what the fuck happened. We basically went after a gnat with tanks and B-52s.

I also love how we got to see Uday and Qusay Hussein and pretty much every other major target we killed and they had no issues showing pictures of their mutilated dead bodies, but suddenly showing dead Bin Laden is too terrible to see and we have to dispose of him at sea in accordance with his Muslim traditions (which turned out to be bullshit) before anyone gets wind of what happened. Yeah right. The lowly chef or the radioman on the ship where it was done on doesn't pop out under anonymity and confirm it or say anything about it and then the guys involved in the raid mysteriously die? That and it was all timed conveniently to coincide with the election.

They've gotten so good at hiding the bodies our boys who die overseas and discrediting them on top of many civilian teenagers today who can not remember a time that we've not been at war. The people who run the country want a perpetual state of war where any price or any infringement to our rights is acceptable. They want war to be business as usual and the new normal, so they can create a state where there is no need for martial law because everything is justifiable in the so-called winnable "war on terror".

Repubs blasted Clinton for trying to go after OBL in the 90s. Everyone was on board for the invasion based on CIA Intel, D&R. Dems later blasted Bush for using Halle Berry. No wait, Haliburton... As a major war zone contractor, despite decades of Haliburton/US Government contracts... The last one to be overturned by Congress was re instated by Slick Willy.

So, you have to add in "furthering political aspirations" into your argument, but otherwise you are pretty well on point.

We should "cut and run" and we most certainly should not go back into Iraq.
