Not really effecting me because I haven't been able to shoot much since '07-08 when ammo began running up.
But yes I will be shooting nothing other than .22 or 12 guage until I see where this all end up.

I've only stopped shooting .223 because of the price of ammo. I primarily shoot 9mm, and every once in awhile I'll shoot .45acp. Or what I'll do is shoot something like 100 rounds of 9mm and only 50 rounds of .45acp when I go to the range. When it gets nicer outside I'll be shooting .22LR more often at the outdoor range. I just put a new scope and bipod on my Mossberg 802. I just need to camoflauge the rifle

Just one word RELOAD
So my shooting is still the same.

I've cut back on shooting SD handgun calibers.
The wife and I primarily shoot .22lr revolvers.
The exception would be that I have started shooting trap after 25 years away from it. $6-7 for a box of target loads isn't too bad.
A gun rack in a pick-up is not for holding guns. Its a place for women to hold on to.

From what they were saying, they were trying to order it, but even that was on back order.
So a friend and I have been going up every day.
I hate to get in on the "panic" buying. But with everyone else going nuts, I figure if I don't, it might be months before I can get any more. I'm even picking up federal .45, just so I can have a supply of brass. Tons of bullets, powder, and primers to be had here. But no brass. Any 223 bullets, 55gr+? My lgs is out and I only have 1000 on hand to reload. Could also use 45 ball. Brass N powder I got.....Word is Hornady is using all bullets to fulfill ammunition orders......

I gotta get into casting as bullets to reload are getting hard to find......

As I'm working towards a sanctioned IDPA match in Florida I've been shooting my .45 as much as possible. But since I reload, I'm not worried. I have a couple thousand primers, a couple thousand bullets, a couple pounds of powder and plenty of brass.

Our range membership is about to run out so we'll have to find the money to sign back up...and then yeah we try to keep with shooting .22. I shoot through a couple mags of 9mm and one of .380 just to make sure I'm still shooting okay, but mostly .22.
Really want to get a .45 this year....love shooting the bigger, heavier guns....but I have to find a job first and see how the budget goes. We gotta pay off a bunch of stuff first before we get another range membership and another gun. Although my husband keeps online window shopping for .45's. haha.
