Does anyone have the Hogue rubber pistol grip on their ar? the standard ar grip and the moe grip isn't cutting it for me. if not the houge, is there any other brand that may offer a rubber or oversized grip?

I have some no-name rubberized grip on both my AR's. It's the one that has the battery compartment in it. I like them, it's easier for me to get a tighter grip since I have very long fingers.

The first one I picked up from CTD before they everyone was pissed off at them. The second one I picked up at a gun show. Both cost around $10.00.

i had a rubber grip on my Dan Wesson and loved it. it was alot bigger than stock and filled my hands. what i thought was arthritis problems in my hands and wrists has been ruled out so we are back to testing and looking for answers. i dont classify my hands as being large, its the fact i cant close them tightly

I normally like the Hogue rubber grips but I did not like their AR grip. It got interfered with the operation of the safety lever. I'm sure a razor blade could fix that with little effort. The finger grooves caused me problems when shooting off a bench since I tend to hold differently.

came across that one and some others on midway. not sure if polymer will feel better or not. the ones with a palm rest looks funky but may have to find one local to fondle it

You're not too far away, if you want we could meet up and you could give mine a try and see if you like it.
