They can't stop anyone from submitting a Form 4 (or 1 or 3), but they aren't processing them, they're not answering status requests - they have a skeleton crew. - - - ! ! ! ! ! - - - - So what was an 8-9 month wait will now be how long?"

the nfa department will probably be missing or defunded by the time the government unshutsdown.
