Which one are you putting it on?
I'd like to see and hear (or not) your new toy.

When will we have our next cookout/shoot? I guess you'll be the only one we don't hear much from. Wink

The weather is getting cool enough to have an enjoyable day at the range, do you think we can get a good enough group together to make renting the place worth while?
I haven't fired a round of anything since our last get together in February. I've bought 2 rifles and a shotgun since then and haven't had a chance to test fire any of them, my trigger finger is getting really itchy and that would give me an excuse to push everything else aside for a day.

And by the way, I think you spelled Vewwy wrong.

Well dang! you can't christen it until April or May.

We have to find another reason to celebrate within a month or two.
We just have to try to stay out of the way of the other hunters who wait until the last minute to test their deer rifles for functionality.

If we wait about a week we can test fire our Christmas presents. That sounds like a pretty good idea for a New Year celebration, freeze our asses off, shoot a shitload of ammo and cook on the grill.
Sounds like it's worthy of a new thread for planning.
