Beijing Evening News Says “Nuke Japan”
#1
When it rains, it pours for Jimmy Carter 2.0

China moving ships in strait to occupy islands that Japan claims.  Since US claims it will not interfere militarily with regional tensions, looks like some in China are feeling their oats.

As much as I disagree with our President over policy matters, and those disagreements are quite large, I must ask this:  What possible fault is it of his that two nations with an ugly history are continuing a border dispute?

Do you think this matter will simply be settled if Romney takes office?  If you do I have some bridges to sell to you.

Makes every difference.

When there is a weak President, or an absentee President, the world notices.  Like it or not, the U.S. IS the worlds policeman.  When the policeman isn't around, the thugs will pull their usual crap.  I'm old enough to remember the failure that was the Carter administration, so I've experienced it.

Nature abhors a vacuum.  Should the U.S. pull back from the world stage or become weaker (both goals of The One), others will rush in to fill that space.  Despite the rhetoric from other countries, many would rather have the helping hand of the U.S. than the oppressive heel of say Russia or China.  We bring KFC where we go.  Russia brought KGB, and China brought public mass executions.

Naïveté thinks otherwise, unfortunately.  And right now, THAT is what is running both the State Department AND the White House.

If you think having OhBahMuh stay in office, or having someone whose idea of foreign affairs is running away from commitments, id have some lovely shoreside swamp land I'm sure youd be interested in.

HERE'S an interesting thought...

MAYBE America's enemies see THROUGH the rah-rah cheerleaders of American media...

Dodgy
... and have decided to get their licks in NOW, before the Commander-in-Chieftain gets exiled back to Kenya (or Leavenworth!)!

Given this news (and China flexing their muscles in general), the Mohammedan world exploding, and Germany openly voicing doubts about our ability to repay debt, it would seem the sharks are circling... [Image: chin.gif]
