You know the repatriated soldier to be culpable for desertion?

Were you somehow present at a secret court-martial?

Have you seen first-hand the psychiatrists' reports on his mental state?

Have you seen the fitness reports regarding his unit at the time of his capture? How was morale? Was their bullying going on?

Is he innocent until proven guilty?

If that is the case, that he is innocent at this time, isn't it right to do our best to repatriate him?

Or is guilt now determined by what "they" say on Faux News?
