Cabot Guns in Western PA
#1
Have you guys ever heard of Cabot Guns in Cabot, PA? I was checking their site out and it looks like they make high end 1911's that make Ed Brown's look like weld splatter! They also offer mirror sets of 1911's for left and right handed shooting! Cool factor is off the chart but pricing is off the chart also! Worth a look though!

(I have no affiliation with these guys...just sharing a cool website!)

A Reading from the Book of Armaments, Chapter 4, Verses 16 to 20:

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

Eh, I'm not looking to buy, I just like looking at the photos! LOL! It does look like they have a certain market niche for high end stuff though.

Definitely way over priced, but I will admit that I admire their pistols like artwork.

When I first heard of them I was excited to buy something built in my backyard...then I saw their prices. It would be nice to see them build something (still quality) at an easier to bear price.

I handed some at a show in Pittsburgh. Finish was outstanding and the slide to frame fit is perfection.

Triggers were creepy on a couple models.......disappointing.
