Thanks to everyone who came out and made this a great event! We had 11 folks, which is a larger turnout than last year.

There were several who mentioned doing this more than once a year. I think that's a fantastic idea! Everyone may not be able to make every event, but (IMO) more opportunity increases the chances that those with varying work schedules, etc., can make it out. It would also be a great cold weather option when group trips to the range may be less appealing. Remember, anyone can suggest a place and time for something like this. Please feel free to do this. I don't think of this as only "my thing", and would welcome others to "host" an event.

At today's event, I handed out some cigars. I gave a little spiel about them, but wanted to post the info here, in case anyone wanted a refresher on the info. I have placed it in the OP, so it can be easily found at a later time, if desired.

Was indeed a very good time; spent a couple hours there, longer than expected & both me and the wife were surprised; the time moved quickly.

Perhaps a quarterly event?

My sincerest apologies. I was watching the little rug rat while my wife had an appointment that I didn't know about. I'll be at the next one.

I smoked that CI Mistake yesterday after I got home and it wasn't a bad smoke at all. Funny thing is this morning, the digital hygrometer is showing 62, same as the analog one I had for years. I have a Dr H humidification device with the gel beads in it and charging it with Dr H glycol stuff from the bottle.

I smoked that Cigar today at Sir Stogies. (My local Cigar shop) It was pretty good & lasted me a while during my afternoon B.S. session. Thanks again!
