Connecticut CONFISCATION Begins

This is an example of the letters being sent out to gun owners in Connecticut, the state who has ex post facto made criminals out of law abiding citizens.

Anyone who doubts the end goal of the current dictatorship is any different is seriously deluding themselves.

It will indeed be very interesting to see what happens when they physically try to follow up on the people who STILL don't comply.

Don't know if they got letters yet. This story says the state hasn't sent any out, but it's a draft.

Quote:UPDATE: Our friends at TheBlaze recently contacted Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection’s Special Licensing and Firearms Unit; they confirmed that while a draft letter exists to be sent to Connecticut’s residents with unregistered “assault weapons” and “high-capacity” magazines, “‘not a one’ letter has been sent out so far.”

“The spokesperson, who didn’t want to identify herself,” TheBlaze writes, “refused to comment on the content of the draft letter. When we asked what other action the state plans to take against owners of unregistered so-called ‘assault’ rifles, the spokesperson said we should contact the governor’s office because that’s where they get their orders from.”

The State of Connecticut has confirmed that a draft letter exists which is to be sent to residents who have failed to register their newly-illegal weaponry, though they claim the letters have yet to be sent. As of this writing, it simply remains unclear whether the letter we retrieved from AmmoLand is the document itself. . . . . . . .

However, another story on that site says that over 90% of CT gun owners ignored the law to register. It also says they estimate that could mean as many as 350k unregistered "assault rifles" exist in CT. Gives pause to consider Molon Labe. That's a lot of guns owned by people who deliberately ignored the law and did not register them.

GMN Producer Guerilla Girl Ashley contacted Connecticut State Police to inquire about the recent letter sent to residents regarding gun confiscation in Connecticut. "Sandy Hook" State Police Spokesman Lt. Vance answered the telephone and spoke to Ashley. The recording of the call reveals the shocking disregard this sworn peace officer has for the U.S. Constitution, and even goes so far as to call Ashley "un-American" for inquiring about the constitutionality of the gun confiscation law.

In Lt. Vance's own words, "...I am the master...."

It's the "BILL OF RIGHTS" not the bill of "needs"
"Ashley" sounds awfully manly.
I dunno if I was faced with this I would have tried to relocate through my work out of state. Luckily I work for such a firm I can split and work from another location and move myself and my tax revenue outta there.

I agree. Not very convincing, but the conversation is interesting.

Since they already know where to send the letters, why is there a need to registers the guns?
ColdBlueSteel, proud to be a potential enemy of the state.

Is it possible they're actually smart enough to know they aren't sure exactly what to do now that over 90% of the gun owners decided to call them on their bullshit registration?

This could blow up big time if CT decides to go all bad-ass and send Lt. Vance and his boys in to get the guns.
