Isn't sexual harassment not allowed anywhere at any time? Which would include in the workplace. I guess if they felt they needed to pass a law specifically for the workplace, that's fine. Hey we agree on something at least lol!

It is a workplace law. I don't think there's any law related to it elsewhere.

It is a workplace law. I don't think there's any law related to it elsewhere.

Pa has a law against it that applies to the whole state. Pa Statute

Discrimination shouldn't be illegal. If there is a natural right, discrimination is up there with breathing
