SCOTUS?

Seems to me like this is a de facto mandatory registration...

So, take that gun owners. The obama administration deliberately purchased large numbers of firearms in border states in an effort to destroy your civil rights, and the fucktard courts sided with the fucktard criminals.

IMO, the federal government has lost all credibility, garners no faith, and now only operates punitively by threat of force.

Time for it to go.

It ain't going on its own. It always comes down to this, who's gonna get rid of it? We're all waiting for someone to do something so we know when to act, but no one ever does. We're never quite at the point where it's necessary, and yet we're perpetually at that point. At some point one just stops caring.

Quote:Because ATF sent the demand letter to only 7 percent of federally licensed gun dealers and required information on only a small number of transactions, "the July 2011 demand letter does not come close to creating a 'national firearms registry'," she wrote.

Doesn't that sound familiar?
The Second Amendment does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not infringe our right.
