CrossBreed Pocket Rocket
#1
So I "received" a CB Pocket Rocket for christmas. Well a month and 3 days later I finally have it. Havent really carried in it yet but here are my initial thoughts.

The holster is about 2" wide and 4" with a horsehide backing. Stitched to the horsehide though is a textured rubber to aid in securing the holster when you draw. As with the ST I have the kydex is superbly molded to the shape of the gun giving it great retention while allowing for an easy draw.

Using the holster you can not tell that there is a gun in your pocket but it does leave a fairly large square print in your pocket that I feel looks nothing like a wallet. It is also surprisingly comfortable to carry in.

My overall initial opinion I would give this holster a 9/10.

Ive personally never used the CB Pocket Rocket but I am a fan of other CrossBreed products.

I would be interested to know what you are using it to carry...

Taurus TCP.

GreenBlood I think the PR is a relatively new product as I havent seen much about them. So I took a shot in the dark based off the quality of the SuperTuck I have. I was not disappointed.

I don't think anyone is going to see the square print and think of it as a gun...there are so many square things people can have in their pockets! Wallets, cell phones in weird cases, calculators if you're a geek, that kind of thing.

That looks easier to draw from than a typical pocket holster.

yeah I guess you are right.
It is quite easy to draw from compared to the unkle mikes I was using beforehand. Though it is a slow draw.
