So who is it exactly inciting violence?

Quote:The New Hampshire Journal reports that Democratic Congressman Mike Capuano (D-MA) raised the stakes when he told union protesters they needed to "get a little bloody" when the circumstances warrant.
“I’m proud to be here with people who understand that it’s more than just sending an email to get you going. Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary,” Rep. Mike Capuano (D-Ma.) told a crowd in Boston on Tuesday rallying in solidarity for Wisconsin union members.
According to the Journal, Capuano - considered a major contender for the Senate seat held by Republican Senator Scott Brown - said that e-mails are not enough and urged protesters to do more.
Protesters in Madison have carried signs comparing Governor Scott Walker to Hitler and Hosni Mubarak, and some have called for the assassination of Governor Walker on the social networking site Twitter.
