Do We Know This Person?

Is this guy a member here or at the 'other place'? If the charges are correct he's really screwed up.

Yeah IF the charges are correct. Who knows nowadays. Remember Marks charges?

It's sad that I'm going to say this; but I can only hope the police are just throwing him trumped up charges because they are jack booted thugs. -_-

Exactly we're only hearing one side. The side that routinely lies, trump up charges, and generally hate armed citizens. He may well be a nut, but there also may be much more to the story.

There's someone that was talked about on the other forum that's a "head of security" at a bar. I don't recall the username though.

This guy made the paper about a year ago for open carrying in Hazleton and I don't recall him ever commenting in the thread but somebody else over there said they knew him. At the time the issue was that he stated he was routinely stopped at gunpoint by the local police for open carrying but he didn't see a problem with it and he always cooperates.

FWIW the description of the events reported in this article is accurate in that it matches what was printed the day following the event, including an interview with him where he pretty much said yeah that's what happened. If anybody really wants to dig the original article was in the same paper.

There are a lot of hits on a google search, but most seem to be duplicates of each other.
