I think it is safe to say you need to identify yourself and residency somehow for submital to PICS.
Merski will not deny anyone a LTCF without a damn good reason which would be soley on the applicants prior history.

...and as long as your at it you should scrutinize the other 66 counties to make sure they are compliant.
We already made sure that every county is charging the correct fee, I wonder how the PA Sheriff's Association will react to a protracted public relations nightmare on the non-compliance with other aspects of the law.
Oh he'll, I don't have to wonder, I know it scares the hell out of them. What's the primary newspaper in the area? I'll make a few phone calls tomorrow if you can get me that tonight.

I spoke with the Sheriff's Dep't, they were aware of the discrepancy and it'll be corrected whenever the site is updated.

i have never had a issue with getting my LTCF there..wife just renewed hers (it had elapsed for over a year).. it was in mail 2 days later
