from the article

" we asked the attorney general about that. Her response " We would like to hope that these manufacturer would stop trying to get around the intention of the law. We would like to believe that people wouldn't purchase products from manufacturers who are obviously trying to get around the intention of the law"

Yes citizens should take a cue from the government who never tries to get around the intention of the law......heyyyyyyyy wait a second, don't the gun laws they put in place try to get around the 2nd amendment? Darn I would like to believe that lawmakers wouldn't try to get around the intent of the Bill of Rights, but we know how that goes.

cough Patriot act cough
Everytime we look the other way when someone else loses rights we disagree with, we make it easier to lose the rights we support.

As a former Californian allow me to say that most people there don't know what they don't have. It really feels like a foreign country now that I have tasted freedom.
The law? The law is a human institution...

California disgust me so much that I could lose my lunch if I let myself. The Liberal elite in that state make their wealth and get into positions of power by glorifying violence via the media even though they're morally opposed to the act. Then when they make it and have power/wealth to dictate policy in the state they use it to disarm the law abiding folks. Worse, the state is a beachhead for them to launch their liberal BS on the rest of us.

The best thing that can happen is the state falls into the Pacific and washes the Liberal trash far out into the sea.

California is like a different world...neutered semi-autos, no night vision scopes allowed, hell there is even a town that has actually created legislation to ban nuclear weapons...

what the hell happened out there? Such a great state in terms of its outdoor, natural resources and it is run by a bunch of loons.
