FBI Raids house in maryland
#1
I hope this is where this belongs..

It seems like another OOPS by law enforcement. while the father is yelling no one is armed, FBI proceeded to try to shoot his daughter..Thank god this group has some bad shooters.

I looked and could not find anything about any charges filed against anyone in the house.

This Thursday morning in District Heights, Maryland, an FBI swat team rushed into the home of an average, innocent family and shot at an unarmed, 18 year old girl.

According to ABC News:

“An early morning FBI raid has a District Heights family in fear. The agents came into the house and drew their guns at the family’s daughter, but she wasn’t armed.

“They almost hit my daughter, man,” says Emory Hughley. “If I hadn’t told her to go back in her room they probably would have shot her.”

Hughley says he was asleep in the basement when he heard a bang at the front door.

His 18-year-old daughter Myasia was upstairs in her room with two friends who were spending the night.

Around 6 a.m. he says he came up to the living room and saw 15 FBI SWAT agents coming inside, guns drawn.

“I’m shouting ‘Nobody is armed, nobody has a gun!’ and then all of a sudden I heard ‘She’s got a gun!’ and they just opened fire,” he says.

Hughley says he looked up and saw his daughter standing outside her bedroom in the hallway.

Then he heard gunfire.

“I’ve got eight holes in my wall. One bullet went past my head, almost hit me, ricocheted off my brick wall and some of the shrap metal hit my little daughter in the back of her neck, all for nothing.” says Hughley.”

The family and the whole neighborhood is stunned and traumatized by the attack, and the FBI has given no explanation aside from saying that they were “exercising a search warrant”

The girls mother is still demanding answers, “They tried to kill her,” she said. “They tried to kill my daughter.”

18 year old Myasia has since been treated and released from the hospital and has now fully recovered.

You have a link and quotes from the story so I'll move it to the News forum.

No explanation, no answers, no accountability.

Someone explain to me how we are in any way free?

Sh*t like this is nothing but a SHTF for this family, Their whole world is turn upside down. Some masked men tried to kill His daughter and I'm sure there will be no one held accountable..

If that happened to someone with a gun on/in his night stand(like me), they/I would be dead. The newspaper would just read

Police raided a home in "your home town" early this morning, One armed suspect was shot by police while resisting. there's libel.. to be 3 or 4 more paragraphs but that's about all the info you'll get from the newspaper article..

Anybody have an answer?

This story is strong motivation to build a door/frame that will withstand dozens of strikes with a battering ram. The story where they killed the little girl with the flash bang is strong motivation for installing window lamination or upgrading to hurricane windows.

Not to fight the cops, but to give you time to get on 911 and surrender over the phone so the man can call off his jack booted murderers before they kill more American citizens. Namely you and your family.

Wow. I sincerely hope the "agents" are fired and charged with attempted murder.

I also hope the family sues and wins big for illegal searches and the near "seizure"(death) of their daughter.

I also hope the family gets all of the help they need and the daughter heals well and fast.

[tinfoilhat] Things like this make me wonder if the .gov is really trying to desensitize us to them kicking in doors and "searching" our property. [/tinfoilhat]

Where is Obama, saying that poor 18 year old Myasia could be his daughter?

She is kinda cute.
