Maybe this is what they're getting ready for?

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013...da-threat/

Quote:The message, in Arabic, asks: “Where will the next strike by al Qaeda be?” A translation was obtained by Inside the Ring.

“The answer for it, in short: The coming strikes by al Qaeda, with God’s Might, will be in the heart of the land of nonbelief, America, and in France, Denmark, other countries in Europe, in the countries that helped and are helping France, and in other places that shall be named by al Qaeda at other times,” the threat states.

The attacks will be “strong, serious, alarming, earth-shattering, shocking and terrifying.”

This jumped out at me...

Quote:Newly confirmed Secretary of State-designate John F. Kerry signaled last week that the Obama administration is planning to seek more executive agreements for future arms-control deals.

"Arms control deals" aka treaties. So they are telegraphing another series of moves that will violate the constitution.

Taken on January 14th, looks like they're flying at an altitude of 500 Ft.
Aww thats nuttin. You should see what a whole unit looks/sounds like over your house! Though we havent had one in almost a month.

That's a lot for me to see. The only place I have really seen a lot of military aircraft in the sky is in the Johnstown area, especially around the Home Depot there.

That would be USMC Chinooks and Super Cobras.

I have seen C-130's and I believe a few C-5's flying around in that area too.

C-5As and C-17s look very similar to the untrained eye so you could be seeing those as well. If they are playing drop the troops I'd wager on 17s before 5s.

Indeed, I could easily have confused them. They flew about 500-1000 feet overhead when I saw them.

Growing up near Dover AFB you learn the size and sound difference. Nothing on this earth sounds quite like the C5 Galaxy.

When I was guarding them in Germany we called them Snoopy or FRED. FRED means Freaking Ridiculous Economic Disaster. I think the connotation with Snoopy is pretty apparent if you've ever seen one open it's front loading bay.
