Thinly veiled threat and desensitization exercises to get people used to seeing them, so they won't know which "exercise" is the real thing.

I honestly think they're hoping to incite a confrontation at some point so they can go full on.

So, is it time? I mean... it's gotta be, right?

The cities are the key ways to control the media, distribution of goods, i.e. gas, food and electric, and travel within a state, and as Mrs. Spblademaker pointed out to me, financial centers.. When you suppress them you now have centralized locations to work out of. Then you can spread out and secure fire-bases that are supported by your city!

Now the issue with "controlling" the city is fairly simple: keep the people happy (fat and stupid)! Since a good portion of those living within the major US cities are already on some form of government assistance, all you need to do it keep that lifeline flowing, and at the same time creating pressure on those who would be more likely to revolt, those people in the burbs and beyond.

Now that might not be a failure-free game plan for every city in every state, but just use Philly and Reading as examples in PA. It should work well there.

I would say that the true Americans should be at about a DEFCON 2 level right about now, or condition red! Whichever works for you.

Starve the cities. Cut power, cut food supplies. They will have riots on their hands when the dependent entitled masses see empty store shelves or cant watch Americas got Talent.

I just do not understand the nature of these exercises. Have they attempted to give an explanation as to why they would need to fly low with fake gun fire and folks repealing down lines?

It seems like they are preparing for an event in a major city and the way I see it, that can be one of two things: an event that riggers domestic unrest, protests, riots etc etc like we have seen in other countries OR another report of a possible terrorist attack.

It should be easy to figure out which one I find more plausible, but for some strange reason, they seem to be both equally plausible. Huh

I said the opposite. Keep the cities as they are.

The burbs and beyond will be forced to resist strongly or head to the cities where they can be controlled.

Is it me or did this stuff happen after our pro 2nd Amendment marches across the US?

Everything got really bad really quick after Chicago decided its citizens should be allowed to own guns. Evidently a judge out there made a very "bad" decision.... wouldn't be surprised if something happens to him in the next few years.
