Yeah, that interview with the Japanese guy half way though raises the hair on the back of your neck. What the hell would you do if all of the sudden MP's showed up at your door ready to haul you off to a prison camp because of your ethnicity or religion?

I've never really thought about it before but I'm wondering...

Does anyone know if there were any cases of people resisting and fighting back when ordered to be taken to these prison camps?

What did the MPs say when they came to the door did they lie to get people to come out of their homes, or did they just break the doors down?

You know what else is scary? The Japanese Internment was started of exective order 9066, by a power obsessed democrat FDR...but Obama won't ever do this. I also find it interesting that the US government was able to do this to the Japanese and get away with it and not have it held really against us 10 generations after the fact like slavery is. I'm sure some of the people who are still alive that carried out these internment orders.

All good points. It's just another one of those things people like to pretend never happened.

Indeed. Stuff like this always happens in "other" countries, but never here. Rolleyes

It seems we are now experiencing the same pressures as the founding fathers and others from the past.

Revolting how there are human beings who actively seek to dominate others, by any means necessary.
What we are seeing is the repeat of the 3rd Reich, same cast if characters, different names.
