About 2mi from my house. Luckily two railroad tracks and walls separate me from this.

More on the shooting:

Look at the number of kids that saw that Sad

So what actually happened there? Shot by the passenger or shots from another car? I read the description but it doesn't just come right out and say.

Thanks for sharing.

I would more appropriately name this recidivism crime up close......Highly doubt that the gun did it itself, or the gun owner was "legal".

One thing for sure....sux to live there.

From the looks of things, there needs to be a law that limits the size of soft drinks and probably french fries as well.

Somebody get this video to Bloomberg pronto!

Once someone has "done their time" all rights should be restored.

Right?

That would only apply if he actually did time. He was still handling SEVERAL VOP's. So you break probation for 3 years going and soak up DAYS of court time over it... shit, that defendant didn't deserve to keep getting continuances on VOP Judge Means had the option to incarcerate to get him to comply and he didn't bother. The VOP is still outstanding on this dude so he should have been in lockup right now.

You are NOT done with your time when you're on probation, parole or on deferment programs. You've done your time when you're through with ALL of it.
