Gun Owner Liability Isurance in California
#1
Like I said before. When all inner-city males between the ages of 16 and 45 are made to buy criminal liability insurance, then we can talk!

(TheBlaze/AP) — Democratic lawmakers proposed legislation Tuesday that would require California gun owners to buy liability insurance to cover damages or injuries caused by their weapons.

Similar bills have been introduced in other states following the Newtown, Conn., school massacre. They include Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New York.

I can just imagine. You're at the range and the local BATF enforcement officer shows up to check everyones insurance. If you don't have it they seize your guns until you can provide proof and then convince a judge to give them back.

Good. I'd stated it to make sure others reading this were aware also!

And Deal_me_in just to be sure BATFE doesn't enforce state laws. You would have to provide a certificate of insurance when you apply for LTCF.

You can go here and read the whole bill:

Made me want to throw-up reading it. I know the BATFE doesn't enforce state laws, I just mis-spoke. Thanks for the link.
