Contact your local State Representative's office. If they don't have any on hand, they'll be happy to get you one. Really.

Thanks for the reminder, I need more. I gave away my last copy a few weeks ago and haven't replaced it yet.

That's the ticket, your Representative or Senator will have them or will be able to get them for you.
Your Sheriff should have them too, and it's possible that your local police dept. may have them on hand.
It's a cheaply made book with a blue cover titled Pennsylvania Laws Relating To Firearms.
Here's a link to the PDF file if you want to look at it:
http://www.acslpa.org/LAWS-RelatingToGuns-PA-09-02.pdf
It's 134 pages, you probably don't want to print it knowing that you can get as many copies as you want for free. (We actually have paid for them with our tax $$ so they're not quite free, but since we paid for them we might as well take advantage of them).

Once in a while I'll stop in at my Representative's office and pick up a few of them. I keep one at home and the rest in my car. I'll give one to anyone who seems to have an interest. I don't care for the layout of the book, it's in different order than it should be making it more difficult to find things, but other than that it's word for word the same as what you'll find here:
http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI/LI/...0.061..HTM
or anywhere else.
I have the thick yellow BATFE book of laws by state that was available before they switched to CD, and I have the CD. Everything matches.
Call your Representative or Sheriff to make sure they have copies on hand then stop in and pick up a few.
There are three types of people in the world:
Those who make things happen,
Those who watch things happen,
And those who wonder what happened.

The OP said he gave the guy "booklet". I'm just tryin to find out what it was or where he got it. Why is it so damn hard to find info in print? Considering we don't need to take a course or anything of the sort to get our license to carry, you'd think PA would at least send something with it the license for people to look at laws. How many people just get it and then walk around with a gun, not knowing the laws cuz they don't take the time to look online and they think its an all access pass?

I got the booklets from my local Pa state representative. I get them in large quantities to pass out at gun shows.

Your state rep is Rep. Joseph Brennan, ask him if he'll print some for you.

The only thing not updated in my cirrent booklets is the "castle doctrine". I have seperate flyer covering that.

Good thing PA doesn't have a CCP. Whew! That was a close one.

Do it the easy way. Hand the crusty old bastard your LTCF and ask him to show you exactly where the word concealed is.

The book is published by the Legislative Reference Bureau.

No reference number.

It's about 137 pages.
