We have lost our country if we have to pander to these leeches,

Yes not all are illegal but if you go back to granddad many are anchor babies or sons of anchor babies that should be citizens but for a misinterpretation of the 14th amedment.

I hate the "fastest growing demographic crap" No one admits this is because of breeding like rabbits and illegal immigration.

Latinos vote democrat despite having stuff in common with repubs. Repubs are not going to pick off enough of the vote by pandering.

legal citizens are bigger leeches than illegals as I mentioned before in a different thread when your fellow republican apologists were trying to raise that argument before.

there's 313M or so individuals within the United States. A majority of them are legal citizens. Of those numbers, there's more legal citizens on welfare than illegal. this is all documented and can be found easily on google if you'd care to look it up.

check the stats, 40% of Latinos voted for Bush, 31% for McCain and just 27% for Romney (if my memory serves me right). that's a problem for the republican party and until they fix that, they'll keep losing national elections for the presidency.

and I find WIC to be morally wrong since it's a government program.

I think the difference between my stances and yours is that I find robbery to be immoral in all counts whether someone is born somewhere in Mexico or if someone is born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I cannot morally justify it from one but then find it immoral from the other, simply because of where they were born.

the real fact of the matter is that until the republican party wakes up to the societal changes in 2012, it won't ever get into that white house again.

think about this: if your were here legally, but your wife or significant other wasn't, and I kept on talking about how I want to vigorously deport her (btw, Obama has deported more illegals than Bush..again, if memory serves me correct) or shoot her if she steps across some line that the state has a territorial monopoly over, do you think that might affect how you plan on voting in an upcoming election?

Amnesty, or should I say shamnesty, is what Reagan did.

A path to citizenship is not necessarily amnesty.

Reagan agreed to the amnesty in exchange for budget cuts .....which of course the demonrats reneged on after they got their way
It's the "BILL OF RIGHTS" not the bill of "needs"

And Reagan granting amnesty resulted in LESS votes for Bush 1 than Reagan got before he provided amnesty.

How was trading the shamnesty for potenital budget cuts, even if congress had actually made the cuts, justifiable?

I don't have an answer. But I will say, if they came to an agreement on cuts they should have held their end.
