Hog Hunting

Tomcat, that's good info.

I haven't eaten feral pig, but I've eaten my share of javelina. We got quite a few when we lived in Laredo.

Spent my junior high school years on friends' ranches shooting jackrabbits on the fly with a .22. The ranchers were glad to be rid of them whenever we could kill a bunch.
I don't suffer from insanity.
I enjoy every minute of it.

Man I would love to hunt hogs in Texas. Where else can you hunt with full auto, night vision, suppressed, and out of a helicopter, with no bag limit?

That is some good first hand info, thanks TC. It looks like my trip is on the backburner for the time being...life is getting in the way.

I've had feral hog that was shot in NC before, wasn't all that gamey.
Different diet of more plentiful natural stuff? IDK Shrug
