Pretty cool stuff. Of course, if you're at that extreme, that process would have to be over several days while you also forage for food. And youd definitely want to add some flare to those pots.

I think sequins and glitter would add some nice flare. Maybe a ribbon or two.




Back on topic, I think adding grass to the mud would make it last a little longer and add some strength to the walls as opposed to just mud only. With the addition of a door and closing off the front side too I think this would work quite well over the winter months too as long as you could keep the snow from caving in the roof.

Fireplace is not a very efficient design for heating, nor does it look to be very useful for cooking.

For heating you want the thermal mass (including the chimney) inside.

Looks a lot like the cabins for enlisted men that I saw earlier today at Valley Forge, but they were big enough for 12 men.
