Here's the Day 1 video. Posting Day 2 tomorrow.

Really challenging stages, that's all I can say.

How did the ammo situation go ... didnt look too bad from Day 1.

How was your scoring in general?

Little hint: When mags are placed on a table, do it bullets facing up

Also, are you shooting the Classifier this weekend at Ontelaunee? Get your ESP and CDP done for the year. Ill be doing my usual SSP, but will bring out the 1911 for CDP

I think I'll be there. Still don't have a load for ESP, but I can still make MM using the PF 165 loads.

I had 1 ammo malfunction on Day 1 with the fail to feed on the first stage. I was actually the first one up for the day... After that 1 malfunction I switched to the RNs. Day 2 I had a couple malfunctions 1 double-feed and some short strokes but that was slide and not ammo related.

I actually wanted to place my gun and rounds a certain way, but I never tested or rehearsed it, so I didn't want there to be a problem.

In the end I was 22 out of 27 for CDP MM with 2 DNFs (so technically 22 out of 25)

Ive watched at least five different people shoot that match. Without a doubt, the stage with all the movers looked the most challenging. One little hiccup in your rhythm meant rushed shots or no chance to shoot a target before is disappeared.

What do you think was the biggest lesson learned from shooting the Florida State Championship?

Funny...

Only used the swc on 1 stage.

As for what I learned. That I need to practice more. I need to take my time with shots, if I can that is. I'm actually working on a video doing a post mortem of the match.

Wasnt counting with them but it seems that Day 2 was better in terms of PD -- looks like you were taking your time to get the shots which is good.

Day 2 seemed a little less intense. Maybe it was first day jitters? Of course the first stage could have been better. I was worrried about shooting low so I changed my POA... shouldn't have done that. Should have trusted that my sights were set for 25 yards.
