Illinois SB2594 - sets up fines for businesses that don't ban weapons and more
#1
Illinois is at it again, this time they are trying to change the liquor control act to prohibit firearms in any business that has a liquor license, even trying to set up a $5000 fine for any business with a liquor license that 'knowingly fails to prohibit concealed firearms on its premises' and even making the parking lot of a business that has a liquor license off limits to concealed carry permit holders.

So there isn't anything they can do about folks carrying except force businesses to not allow them. Thus cc'ers will only be able to carry in their car and out in the open... lovely.
