It's getting ugly, glad the election will be over soon.

***Let this post serve as a warning to everyone to be prepared should Obama not win the election which, if the polls are any indication, is becoming more likely every day.* I attended a Pro Romney rally with my 82 year old mom this evening. We stop to buy a gallon of milk on the way home and as my mom approached the door to enter the store (I was a few feet behind) a middle aged woman held the door for her. She stood at the door until I approached and said "If I had known that was a GOD D@$& Romney sticker on her shirt I would have knocked her A$$ to the ground”. It’s really sad that we have come to a point that you need to be in fear for the safety of your family just for supporting a presidential candidate.

My sister was so taken aback that she said nothing before the woman had left. Likely the best way for it to go.

I would have had a few words to say. Funny their side says our side is violent yet your look at theirs and their key constituencies and then people see who is more violent.

Last election I almost burst out laughing. I hope the same people are there again! Big Grin

I would love to but I vote at a school. It must have been priceless though

Here's the facebook page that came from for those who may be interested .... UJ sister seems to have posted it in mixed area of friendly and hostel territory, a place called The Kitchen Cabinet, some interesting thoughts abound.

There is a car in my area I keep seeing. The whole back end is covered in anti Obama stickers. The best one is a picture of O with the caption "Does this ass make my car look fat?"

The only problem with Obama supporters causing problems is most all of them hate guns. They'll be bringing liberal hate to a gun fight if it comes down to it.

I saw a new Toyota yesterday with Obama stickers all over the back of it! I Heart ObamaCare, Obama/Biden 2012, etc...The part that gets me is that they were stuck right on the paint! Any stickers I ever put on my car are on glass so I can remove easily! Who puts shit on their paint? Obama douches apparently! LOL!

A Reading from the Book of Armaments, Chapter 4, Verses 16 to 20:

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

I've known people who did that. Then they wonder why the paint doesn't match when they get around to peeling stickers off.

...another are the folks with the magnetic signs on their car, a little dirt between the magnet and the paint leaves a nicely scratched surface.

That can be buffed out. Discolored paint from the adhesive and lack of sunlight sticks around for a good long while lol

I was a junior in college for the last presidential election and I can remember how hostile that age group was towards opposing sides. Elections have made me nervous ever since. Like someone else said, I don't see it getting better after the election.

She posted it there, she posted it to a few other pages as well. It's actually generating a bit of buzz.
