IWB, what are you using?
Which IWB holster(s) for which firearm(s) are you using?

I've been using these for years. The top one is more than 10 years old, the bottom one is about 2 years.

They're Don Hume's, I picked both of them up at the Lebanon Gun show.
Crossbreed supertuck for a Glock 19.

That said...I've been doing OWB carry almost exclusively just b/c it's more comfortable. Especially with the sedentary lifestyle I've been leading this winter thanks to the polar vortexes (vorticies?) and the accompanying expanding waistline. Angry
I have a leather Don Hume OWB holster for my XD45. Hume puts out some very sturdy leather that is obviously meant to last. I'm currently looking out for one for my 1911 since my DeSantis is shot to hell after just a couple years.

Based on quality alone I would expect Don Hume holsters to cost twice as much, but they are the same price range as most others, like $60 give or take depending on the model.

My Colt Pony came with a Don Hume exactly as pictured above.
It adds unwanted thickness to the "IWB experience" that I dislike, so I never used it. Instead, I used a Gunmate nylon holster. (Think Uncle Mikes, but with a metal clip instead of plastic)

Ahhhh... much better.

I can't deal with full size guns IWB. Drives me nuts.
I usually carry OWB because of comfort, but with t-shirt weather not too far away, I was looking for a comfortable IWB holster. I bought a kydex owb holster from Black Dog Concealment, and I love it for owb. I picked up some soft nylon belt loops for it for iwb carry. The size, location, etc. are perfect and it initially is very comfortable to carry, but then my hip starts getting sore after having kydex digging into my hip for a few hours.

I might give "hybrid holsters" another chance, but I think I am going to go with a more flexible leather backing. I have an owb holster from MDJ holsters. The holster design and comfort are awesome, but the leather is kinda weak. They use the same leather for iwb holsters, and I think it would actually do great for iwb carry. All reviews of their iwb holsters have been positive and their ebay rating is 99.9% or 100%. I was also looking at Alien Gear Holsters, but their stuff looks to thick for me.

I usually carry owb but when need arise for iwb I use a comp-tac minitour for m&p 40

Appendix carry with Glock 27 in G-Code INCOG. Not my primary carry gun or holster but I do this when I think there is a chance I may have to disarm or when I go to a shoot where I will ultimately swap out to my comp belt. I find this setup superior to the King Tuk I used several years ago prior to switching to OWB carry.
The law? The law is a human institution...
I'm carrying a Ruger SR40c in a High Noon Split Decision at the 3:30 position.
I bought a switch guard holster by Sideguard Holsters. It's a leather owb holser with removable iwb straps. I used that at the car show and carried IWB. It was a lot more comfortable than what I thought it would be, but it was a tiny bit too thick. Like I said before, I rarely carry iwb, so to have an owb holster and pay an extra $20 for leather belt loops was worth it. That holster was for my SR9c. I'm looking for an iwb holster for my full sized M&P 9. Right now I am leaning towards the MDJ holsters iwb holster. For $40 shipped, I think it is worth the gamble.
