Quote:HARRISBURG, Pa. - October 2, 2012 (WPVI) -- A judge on Tuesday blocked Pennsylvania's divisive voter identification requirement from going into effect on Election Day, delivering a hard-fought victory to Democrats who said it was a ploy to defeat President Barack Obama and other opponents who said it would prevent the elderly and minorities from voting.

Um...

I thought he was supposed to look at if the new law would be unduely prohibitive to people who want to vote.

I found it interesting that the judge used the gap between voters registered to vote and how many voters have ID. Well, how do we know everyone wants to vote this election?

Even more fundamentally, how do we know that the majority of registered voters are actually people and not "people" to be used to commit voter fraud?

Voter ID laws are a solution looking for a problem.

Voter fraud simply isn't a statistically relevant issue.

Correct and both parties completely admit they have never seen a single case of voter fraud perpetuated by an individual voter (they need companies like Deibolt to do that)

Not Diebold....

Try ACORN or any 'union'. Last election cycle several ACORN workers were arrested and convicted for fraudulenty registering voters.

And Al Franken owes his congress critter seat to over 1000 felons voting illegally.

And lets not forget Philadelphia. One canidate for office had 25 people registered at his 2 story row home back in the early 90's.

Work a polling place in Philly and you will see voter fraud in action. Even today.

Too bad this law won't be in force until the next election.

So let me get this straight, because no one has been caught red handed it doesn't happen. Do I have that right?
