Get your popcorn ready.

Get your checkbook ready and support the SAF. Again, we are but one Wolf/Kane election away from the same mess.

Do people really not understand that the president and the governor do not make laws?

Some people don't realize that the Governors and President set an agenda and have the power to veto laws they don't agree with, thus helping to further set their agendas into motion.

Are you suggesting that when my appellate case came before the MD court, no one had a hand in assigning a last minute liberal judge to preside over the case, just so I would be denied. Yes, I guess you could call me a conspiracy theorist (TOTAL sarcasm).

That's right they can only veto. So how again are they going to pass a law to take away your guns? They cannot. Worry more about your legislature and less about the executive branch, the executive branch can only prevent your crappy lawmakers to an extent. If you have a good legislative branch the governor and the president mean shit.

How your judge was or wasn't chosen probably had nothing to do with the governor or the president.

This just means that you know absolutely NOTHING about Maryland politics. Liberal Democrats rule with impunity. 20 whatever counties, the Governor campaigns in 3 and Baltimore City, his Republican opponent wins the rest of the state, but who is sitting in the mansion? Liberal agenda states. "no guns" House Bill 283 gets launched, weapons are banned, mags are restricted, no concealed carry... Republicans enter legislation, it literally gets stuffed in the drawer of the House Judiciary Committee. Who set that agenda, it wasn't the RNC, the IRA, or the CIA.

Point being, between Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburg, PA is but a Wolf/Kane away from "common sense" gun laws, as is what is already underway with O'Malley/ Gansler, in MD.

BTW, the AG's office sent one of their top dogs to represent the State in my case. You better bet your butt the AG knew who was going to sit that case. You also can bet your butt the Governor, either directly or by his intent, had the judge replaced at the last minute. No one knew why the liberal judge, from Baltimore County, replaced the local judge who had nothing else but my case on his docket. Do you think that whoever makes that appointment is going to give me a copy of that email?
