Quote:The jury acquitted Hersh on Thursday of all charges regarding the May 9 incident on a private lane that led to his home in Brecknock Township.

Hersh, 62, pointed a loaded shotgun at a vehicle that held the three teenagers after Hersh watched the car trespass multiple times that evening, according to testimony.

Prosecutors said the girls were lost on the rural private lane and that Hersh prevented them from leaving by boxing in their car.

Interesting, not something I would expect to get off the hook for. The only part of what he did that I don't agree with is boxing them in.

I wonder what all he was actually charged with?
The law? The law is a human institution...
