I caught wind of this on MD Shooters and thought I'd swing in.  MD 2a rights are a real issue and I support any and all that are willing to fight for their 2a rights.  As far as firearms I tend to dabble in a little of everything, if it has a trigger, I am interested.

Thanks for having me.

Maryland? Really? Isn't that state one step behind NY and NJ in their communist manifesto?

Thank god live in a 'free state' and my condolences to those that don't.

welcome

I'm a member at MDS also, and have contributed to SAF and MSI.  Like many I am hopeful that things 2A in MD will slowly being to change, but Baltimore, Montgomery, and PG Counties are going to be a tough row to hoe.

When an entity like a government acquires power, they tend not to give it up without a fight.  You can lose your rights in single bill, and spend decades getting them back.

Good luck, sincerely.

My brother just moved out of the Salisbury, MD area to a more gun friendly state (North Carolina) because of 2A issues.

I went to a night shoot in MD earlier this year and met a lot of cool people. I hope that you guys get the freedoms that you deserve soon!

The ironic part of that is one of Maryland's nicknames is "The Free State"

Yeah, I know,  The Peoples Republic of Maryland.  It's a pain in the arse but, ???? Well no buts about it, it sucks.  I'm in the western part of MD up in the sticks.  Mostly conservatives here.  Maybe West Maryland could be the 51st state? Dodgy  Doubt it.

Thanks for the welcome though.  Back to loadin' mags.

I moved out of Md 21 years ago.  Can't say much good about MD except it isn't NJ.  I would love parts of the state except its all controlled by a small cliche of career party politicians living between DC and Baltimore.

Back when I was pulling up the rug and leaving the Eastern Shore, folks were tossing about the idea of secceeding from MD and the egotistical gov. Wm Donald Schaefer and joining with DE and the VA eastern shore to form a new state.  Oh well, if it had happened the state of Delmarva would have been owned by Perdue and Holly Farms.Confused
