KS to honor all permits
#1
KS SB21 was just signed by the Gov on Friday. Looks to take effect July 1.

Quote:© (1) Subject to the provisions of subsection ©(2), a valid license
or permit to carry concealed weapons, issued by another jurisdiction,
shall be recognized by this state, but only while the holder is not a resident
of Kansas.
(2) A valid license or permit that is recognized by this subsection, and a 180-day receipt that has been issued in accordance with this
section, shall only entitle the lawful holder thereof to carry concealed
handguns, as defined by K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 75-7c02, and amendments
thereto, in this state and the holder thereof shall otherwise act in
accordance with the laws of this state while such holder is present in this
state

So since this went into effective this past Monday....KS should now be considered a Category 2 in the PA reciprocity list. Should we even bother informing Kane's office? Dodgy

I did anyway.

Nice! I haven't been there for over 7 years, but I grew up in KC. I guess if I ever do go back I'll be armed!

I'll have to check out the policy in MO.

You wouldn't be able to run as many people over with that car if it didn't drive as far. It should only have a 10 gallon fuel tank.

If you do that then all the Philly wannabe-gangbangers killing each other will magically turn into over-30 sunburnt cornfed Bubbas with buck teeth, flat asses and their bitches and hos and kids will suddenly have matching overalls and you won't be able to find a parking space here for your life because of all the beat up Ford Rangers everywhere.

We can't have that Kathleen. Just. Say. No. Kathleen. Save us from ourselves.

I mean the murder rate so far this year in Philly is at a low not seen since 1964. It's utter madness out on the bad streets of Philly. I forgot to take my gun with me when shopping at Cousin's over in Norf Philly the other day and I didn't even dawn on me that I went through the deep hood without protection from all of these in-state-outta-state nuts who are scurrying to these renegade states who would hand out carry licenses to a prickly-pear cactus if they could.
