By MATT REYNOLDS

LOS ANGELES (CN) - L.A. sheriff's deputies Tasered a young black man's genitals until he could "smell his flesh burning" after fining his father, who has nerve damage in one hand, $1,000 for dropping a cigarette on the street outside their home, the son claims in court.

Daniel Johnson, 26, claims the unjustified attack took place on Dec. 6, 2012 at around 9 p.m. after sheriff's deputies "Abdulfattah" and "Russell" cited his 58-year-old father for littering in front of their home.

Johnson claims the cops brutalized him after he asked why his father faced such a steep fine and eight hours of community service, and pointing out that his father had dropped the cigarette because he has nerve damage in one hand.

I guarantee there is a lot more to this story and the relationship between the police and this family.

Hmmm.... Considering the department, I find this story to have believability. These are the same dirt bags who brought us so many "good times".

A street cop would be unable to impose community service, correct? So perhaps this guy stopped the cops to politely axe them questions about his father well after the fact? I agree, methinks there is more to the story. I have no doubt the cops took it too far but I bet this guy did a bit more than he is saying.

What kind of "tazer"?

As I understand it, (actually I KNOW this because I saw it demonstrated firsthand) a tazer can NOT be continuously deployed. It will only "shock" for "x" many seconds (and it's not long) before it STOPS. It can again be discharged if needed, but they don't just keep shocking you until the trigger is released.

Also, the tazer has a "chip" inside that records all data about the actual discharge.

Perhaps this was a different kind of tazer. Or perhaps he's lying?

Perhaps he's using something flammable in his manscape.
Ammunition, it's the new lead bullion. Buy it cheap and stack it deep.
