No victim here. That's what I mean. He'll walk, basically.

Over here in Allegheny County they would drool over this case in the gun unit. Sad if it's not the same in the other counties.

In Philly, the Feds will pick up gun cases that have been solved and waiting trial. They know the Philly courts won't give the defendants any serious sentence.

If it's a gun case with drugs involved the feds like to pick those up and prosecute those because they will get longer sentences. So if we charge them at the state level we have to withdraw the charges and then the Feds will pick up the case. It's not that the sentence isn't serious, it's just that theirs is better and it keeps the real baddies away for longer. Were talking like gang bangers with stolen guns type cases.

Glad nobody got hurt, if this guy did it because he though it would be funny or something like that then he ought to get the god damned chair. Since it was a Hi-Point though if a kid got ahold of it maybe there's a pretty good chance of it going *click*. That guy probably though he was a badass though putting the Hogue grip on there. I wonder who it was that took the time to get the red velvet out for the HiPoint photo-op though?

Looks like someone else's photo and the media outlet that did the reporting just linked it in the story.

But that begs the question of who in their right mind would be taking a picture of a Hi-Point let alone one with a background? Blech!
