Maple Grove Raceway

I will be going to Maple Grove on Friday for qualifying for the National Event and I'm wondering if anyone has ever carried at the track.

I don't see ANY rules on their website, about anything.

I've been several times but the last time was maybe 5 years ago. I realize it is private property, but if I don't see any signs or rules prohibiting a firearm, I should be good to go, right?

If so, it will be CC, as I'm sure OC would get me thrown out in a hurry.
My guidance counselor said I wouldn't amount to anything... Lucky guess! Dodgy

I cc my pocket pistol there. They do search your coolers, they look for glass and they limit your beer.

Well it is generally accepted that if something is not specifically forbidden in any sanctioning body's rules, than it is permitted. So I guess as long as you pass tech inspection with the firearm in the same place as when you intend to make your run, you should be good to go.

I remember them checking coolers for glass, but I won't be taking anything in, except for my plastic pistolla! Cool

Thanks for the responses! Smile

They will set some fast runs this weekend with the cool dense air. High of 65 on Saturday.

Just for everyone's information, I saw no signs other than " NO ALCOHOL". And all they were checking were bags and coolers, for alcohol. No body searches.

Concealed carried all day with no problems. I have to admit I was printing pretty badly, but either no one noticed or no one cared. Shy
