Maybe a stupid question

Is it a big deal if i am CC and my gun becomes visable in a non restriced area, say in a store or even in a public area. Or what if i am CC and decide to tuck my shirt in and now my iwb holster is now OC?

LTCF covers concealed or open carry. Switching between the two is up to you. Only time you may have issues is if the place you're in isn't all that gun friendly. Otherwise, you're fine.

I CC now, but my body is not designed for it. I print, uncover, poke out, etc etc etc all the time.

Even though I wear loose jeans and invested in quality holsters, I am still not really into iwb holsters. Except for my Ruger LCP, I usually carry owb in something that rides high and tight. I just started wearing size XL Tall shirts. I'm 6'0" tall, so the shirt is just a tad bid longer than what I wanted, but it covers my firearm if I were to reach for something high above me or if I had to bend down to pick something up (I don't tuck my t-shirts in. Dress shirts or polo shirts with slacks is a different story). I don't print at all when I wear an XL Tall shirt and I don't look "gangsta" either. Give it a try so you don't have to worry about "flashing" anyone.

And to answer your question, legally it is not a big deal, but depending who sees it might freak out. Either way, you shouldn't care.

99.9% of people* won't even see it. Even if you fully open carry. Most people are in their own little worlds and nearly no one stares at another person's hips. And if they see something, they quickly think of a cell phone or pager or whatever.

Now, that one person in 1000 who does see it...that's the question mark. If he/she has an issue, then they'll be in a huff about it. But 99.99% of the people* who see it won't care unless you look like you're ready to take over the store.

The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Better safe than sorry, I always say. Everyone is right. Your pistol being exposed, either fully or partially, is not a legal issue in PA.
