MCCAIN: CHOOSING BETWEEN HILLARY AND RAND PAUL WOULD BE A ‘TOUGH CHOICE’

I suppose it will depend on someone's definition of evil. If the Republicans put another RINO in as their candidate, I will vote third party. If Ted Cruz, Rand Paul or similar candidate gets the nod, I will be very happy to vote Republican.

No doubt, there will be those that label any candidate with an ® after their name a statist. I'm looking for someone committed to smaller government, lower taxes, destruction of Obamacare and a strong 2A record.

We'll see what happens.

Not yet. We are still trying to figure why holding our breath while stomping our feet does not seem to work when we don't get exactly what we want, RIGHT NOW!

Imo rand paul wouldnt be the lesser of two evils he'd be an acceptable and probable/possible win. Meanwhile people here would still vote for mccain vs obama because they refuse to acknowledge the incredible damage (most certainly worse than obama since republicans in the house would vote with him) that McCain would have done..

The lesser of 2 evils in 2008 & 2012 would be highly preferable to the 100% lying, conniving, racist, Anti-American, should have been impeached and jailed long ago, total POS we have now.

In what way? Both mccain and romney wanted health care. Both wanted gun restrictions both wanted the bailouts both wanted the stimulous both wanted gitmo both wanted iraq both wanted the patriot act both wanted.... oh I guess because obama lied about many of those things during his run and lied about other stuff.. I only care that all parties would have lead us down this shit path. We need a real fiscal conservative. Save someine that directly attacks the bill of rights and ill go and vote for anyone that would really truly balance the budget without raising taxes and eliminate barriers to opening small business and level the playing field between corps and small business. We need small business. We need it desperately.

When we get someone like that ill pull the lever. Green democrat Republican libertarian nazi.. don't care what party. Oh wait I did that last year... too bad more people didn't. They votee for romney or obama mostly. Two morons that don't get what we need.

Just because someone has an R or D doesnt make them a statist. I think there are a few gems on both sides and I'm starting to see people come around and start really looking at the person. It gives me hope. Im with you on this one. Except for 1990 and 2012 I always pulled for republicans for the presidency. I hope I can next time and I suspect I actually might be able to!
