Mike Weisser: NRA Member, Gun Rights Hater

Here's my blog post with video of NRA member Mike "the gun guy" Weisser talking about how we have no right to own guns & that he's OK with banning guns.

The NRA is more interested in keeping themselves relevant and in business than supporting the second amendment. They have supported several gun control measures over the years including the recent call for banning bump stocks. They need something to drive gun owners into a frenzy and open their wallets to them.

Here's the Ammoland version of my article. Not that I object but the changes from the version on my blog were the editor's ideas not mine.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of people who think like he does that are movers and shakers in the NRA as well as in the PA gun community. And they don’t see the problem with their point of view.

That's the problem, gun control is so mainstream now that repealing it sounds like lunacy even to gun owners & so-called small govt conservatives.

There is a lot of truth in what you so. Like proverbial frog in a pot slowly heating to boiling.

The thing is, if they would just READ the Federal Constitution as well as their State Constitution and understand what they are saying on what the government can and can’t do, the light bulb might illuminate. Then again, if they are so closed minded about reality vs what they want, even that won’t mean much.
