Miller's Sporting Goods in Delco protested
#1
I bet retirement can't come fast enough for Joe Miller. (he's calling it quits in August, the shop will be under new ownership) Those South Carolina barrier islands have got to be looking even better about now.

Quote:Online shoppers to Miller’s Sporting Goods Discount Hunting & Shooting Supplies Saturday could find a wealth of handguns specials posted, including a .40 caliber Walther for $599, a .40 caliber Beretta for $475, a Taurus “Public Defender” for $489 and a .357 caliber Ruger for $479.

“We now offer a 2 percent discount for cash for firearms,” it is noted on the recently-mounted website for the store that is located at 1576 B Chichester Ave. in Lower Chichester.

Outside the gun shop Saturday afternoon demonstrators carried T-shirts bearing the names of Delaware County residents shot to death, prayed, and circulated an open letter to shop owner Joseph Miller. They were not protesting the sale of the firearms, but were once again entreating Miller to voluntarily institute a stricter system or “code of conduct” in the way he sells his merchandise.

These people are so disingenuous. If they were really concerned about illegal guns they would be holding this shop up as a model gun business. When asked about a recent straw purchase made at his store and charged under the new "Brad Fox Law" here's what the shop owner had to say:

Quote:“I’m the one who brought attention to (Dawson). I called Chester police,” said Miller who noted he became suspicious when Dawson purchased the same type of gun twice in a short period of time.

Ammunition, it's the new lead bullion. Buy it cheap and stack it deep.

The protesters should be walking their dogs in Philly, at night. Then protest the teens that shoot them to death. Just like the government, these people are a bunch of cowards who are afraid to address the real criminals.

Admit nothing.  Deny everything. Demand proof.
If we lie to the government, it's a crime. If the government lies to the people, it's called politics.
