Moms Demand Action Kicked Off Target Property During Anti-Gun Protest
#1
Quote:SAN ANTONIO -- Moms Demand Action's peaceful protest at a local Target store was over before it even started.

Moms stood outside a San Antonio Target on Sunday afternoon, holding signs. They were asking the store to not allow customers to carry guns openly inside.

Sandy Phillips has grown to be a gun control activist following the death of her daughter, who was killed in the Aurora, Colorado theater massacre

"When I first saw the Open Carry Texas people carrying their loaded guns in a Target store, where my daughter used to love to shop, it was personally offensive."

Jamie Addams, a member of Moms Demand Action, said that although they were asked to leave, their fight is not over.

"That's slightly frustrating to know that whoever allowed that to happen that a gun rally took place, but we were armed with clipboards and children and they asked us to leave," she said.

Oh, the irony.

A group armed with guns protests peacefully without being ejected, but a group armed with children (her words) is told to leave.

Not enough info, but it's possible the antis were more belligerent and disruptive.

Just a hunch. Wink
I don't suffer from insanity.
I enjoy every minute of it.

I hate how every shopping center or store is now open season for constant and random protests.

Can we protest the protests? Like in PCU?

Because Occupy Wallstreet wasn't disruptive enough. They're supposed to be protesting the Government, not private companies minding their own business.

^that. If a business doesn't allow firearms, then screw them, I'll support a different business. If a business allows firearms, and Moms Demand Action is angry, then they (MDA) should take their business else where.

If the state government wanted to implement a mag capacity limit in PA, then gun owners and Moms Demand Action should be protesting at the state capitol.
