A Hatfield man received a four-year probation sentence for breaking into a Hatfield Township home during the early morning of May 24.

Misael Cruz, 27, of the 2000 block of Maple Avenue, pleaded guilty last week in Montgomery County Court to charges of criminal trespass and identity theft for the incident.

Quote:. . . . .
Hugo started at the rear doord, headed in the direction that the homeowner told police that the intruder went and eventually went to the patrol car’s rear passenger door where police held Cruz in custody, according to the complaint.

Police later contacted Homeland Security’s office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to verify the number on the permanent residency card. That number was registered to Jorge Garcia Flores.

Cruz told authorities the card was a fake, adding that his real name was “Misael Cruz.”

ICE officials informed police that Cruz was in their system under the name of “Jose Martinez,” the name he had used once when he was caught trying to enter the United States illegally from Mexico.

Cruz’s current immigration status is unknown. He left court on his own free will.

They probably were so stupid to take away his fake ID and now he needs a new one. That is going to cost somebody else another broken window and stolen TV.

Sounds prudent. A person shouldn't face jail time for one bad decision.
Especially something minor like breaking and entering.Dodgy

Now if he were selling some coke, or weed I would say slam the door on him.Rolleyes

You guys are aware that some libtarded people are reading this forum too? Can you imagine how many of them will have wet dreams for weeks to come just from imagining an NRA member could possibly commit a crime with a gun? Think of all the laundry and how that will impact the environment!
