Now, Ruger, replace all your long, sloppy, heavy triggers on the rest of your guns and we'll talk.

Hrm, this looks pretty nifty. I wonder if it'll make it into the nicer production models.

Wouldn't you know...first time since June I cleaned the 10/22 and I just launched the hammer strut assembly across the room.
For some reason the assembly no longer wanted to remain assembled.

Just ordered a new assembly and the trigger...I'll let you all know how it pans out later.

A customer had me replace the trigger assembly in a Ruger Charger with one of the new assemblies. BIG difference, trigger is nice and crisp and weight is down to about 3.5 lbs.

Drops right in, comes with easy to follow instructions, no special tools needed.

It's here! Now if it ever gets better than negative fucking cold I might make it to the range.

For the price this is not a bad trigger at all. Way cleaner break and reset over stock, which it better be, but for $80 and the fact that Ruger hasn't made a good trigger in the past my expectations were a little lower. Of course Midway sent me a flier with these triggers on sale for $69.99 the day after it showed up. If you looking for a good trigger for your 10/22 but don't need a pricey competition trigger this is for you.
